Prayer Focus:  Redemption for the Hopeless, the Lost, and Those Without Homes

1 John 3:17 (NLT) If someone has enough money to live well and sees a brother or sister in need but shows no compassion - how can God’s love be in that person?

Deuteronomy 15:11 (ESV) For there will never cease to be poor in the land; that is why I am commanding you to open wide your hand to your brother and to the poor and needy in your land.

Proverbs 19:17 (ESV) Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the LORD, and He will repay him for his deed.

Prayer

Father, You said the poor will always be among us. You love the poor. You see them. Open our hearts and eyes to see them as You do. Give us Your heart for the hopeless, the lost and those that are poor. Let us genuinely pour the love of God on them as well as assist in meeting their needs physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. Give us strategies as a Church as to how we can have greater impact as we operate as Your hands in the earth, in Jesus’ name, amen.

Prayer Focus:  Being a True Disciple of Christ and Making Disciples

The last thing Jesus instructed His disciples to do is to continue to be our focus and our mission. Jesus has been given all authority in heaven and on earth. He gave His disciples that authority and power to duplicate and multiply His works on the earth. It is the Father’s will for us to bear MUCH FRUIT. That brings Him glory. We are true disciples of Christ and we operate like Him in the earth with signs, wonders, and miracles following because we believe.

Matthew 28:19-20 (NLT) Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

John 15:8 (NLT) When you produce much fruit, you are My true disciples. This brings great glory to my Father.

Matthew 9:37-38 (NLT) The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask Him to send more workers into His fields.

John 14:12  (TPT) I tell you this timeless truth: The person who follows Me in faith, believing in Me, will do the same mighty miracles that I do – even greater miracles than these because I go to be with My Father!

Prayer

Heavenly Father, we submit ourselves to You. We fully surrender to Your divine will and plan for our lives. You called us to be true disciples. We agree with Your word and Your will for us. We submit ourselves to Your Word as our instruction book and choose to abide in You and allow Your word to abide (live & remain) in us. Now teach us to make disciples. Help us to be willing to invest the time, and energy into another person, teaching them as You have taught us. Take us out of self and help us to yield to the Holy Spirit continuously so that we bear much fruit. We desire to glorify YOU with our lives. Send more workers into the fields so that the labor is spread out so no one gets burned out but that we all bear some. Increase our faith in You and in Your Word so that signs, wonders, and miracles follow us AND You be glorified, in Jesus’ name, amen.

Prayer Focus: Redemption  in our Lives Personally to Win in 2025

God has placed us in a Kairos moment. We are in a new season and a new time. He has given us freedom through the redemption of Christ. The word, worship and intimacy with Christ refreshes us. We have access to God’s wisdom. We must walk in the wisdom of God to not miss the divine opportunities He has placed before us. Full repentance and wisdom from God empowers us to walk in the redemption of God in our lives personally.  It's our season!! Let's walk in all God has for us in 2025 and give Him the glory.

Proverbs 28:13 (NKJV) He who covers his sins will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.

Ephesians 1:7 (NKJV) In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.

Revelation 3:8 (NLT) I know all the things you do, and I have opened a door for you that no one can close. You have little strength, yet you obeyed My word and did not deny Me.

Prayer

Father, we ask You to forgive our sins and give us wisdom to accurately apply the word into our lives. Father, let the word come alive to each of us at New Destiny. Help each one of us to pay attention to our steps and to who is stepping with us. We thank You for a new season and a new time. Let us walk in the Kairos moments of God. You are positioning us for things that we have never seen or had before. Prepare our hearts to walk out Your purposes for our lives. We fully surrender our lives to You Lord. We thank You for redemption. We thank You for freedom in every area of our lives. Thank You for clearing us from the blame of sin. We are sons of God. We are a chosen people and a royal priesthood.  We choose to believe Your word and walk in the newness of life. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Prayer Focus: Redemption to Live in the Spiritual Realm

God has given us the privilege to live a dual life. We live on earth and reign from our position in the heavenly realms. This position was won for us by the redemptive work of Christ Jesus. We are to operate as Jesus on the earth. God desires to fulfil His original mandate for our lives. He has given us dominion in the earth to change things, rebuke the enemy and increase His territory as sons and daughters of God. We must grow and mature in our faith if we are to be effective for the kingdom of God. God uses our talents and abilities as we follow Christ to expand the kingdom. Everything we have comes from God, we must choose to freely give it back to Him so that it might be multiplied and used for His glory.

Genesis 1:28 (ESV) And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing.

Luke 10:10  (TPT) Now you understand that I have imparted to you My authority to trample over his (Satan’s) kingdom. You will trample upon every demon before you and overcome every power Satan possesses. Absolutely nothing will harm you as you walk in this authority.

Matthew 6:33 (AMPC) But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides.

Prayer

Father, I choose to continue to grow up in You. I seek You and Your kingdom first. I submit myself to Your authority and I embrace the process You are using to sharpen my skills and talents. I will not limit my expectations only to what I can see in the natural realm. I choose to see from a kingdom perspective. My life is hidden in Christ. You said the works of my hands are blessed. My life is blessed. Joy, peace, prosperity, success, and influence are my constant companions. The Word is coming to pass in my life. You created me to have dominion. This is my kingdom mandate, and I choose to walk in it. I am in the center of my assignment. Father, empower me to maintain a kingdom perspective in all that  I say and do. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Prayer Focus: Redemption in Christian Leaders

There are many challenges in the universal body of Christ. Christ is returning for a Church without a spot or a wrinkle. God is calling all His leaders to a place of holiness. He desires shepherds after His heart. He desires teachers to teach the truth of the word of God and for His leaders to lead righteous lives. The enemy sows strife and mayhem but the believer has been given power over the power of the enemy. The word reveals God's truth. As believers seek God and study, He directs their paths.

Acts 3:19-21 (ESV) Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that He may send the Christ appointed for you, Jesus, whom heaven must receive until the time for restoring all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets long ago.

Ephesians 5:15-17 (AMPC) Look carefully then how you walk! Live purposefully and worthily and accurately, not as the unwise and witless, but as wise (sensible, intelligent people), making the very most of the time [buying up each opportunity], because the days are evil. Therefore do not be vague and thoughtless and foolish, but understanding and firmly grasping what the will of the Lord is.

Ephesians 4:11-12, 14 (TPT) And He has appointed some with grace to be apostles, and some with grace to be prophets, and some with grace to be evangelists, and some with grace to be pastors, and some with grace to be teachers. And their calling is to nurture and prepare all the holy believers to do their own works of ministry, and as they do this they will enlarge and build up the body of Christ. (14) And then our immaturity will end! And we will not be easily shaken by trouble, nor led astray by novel teachings or by the false doctrines of deceivers who teach clever lies.

2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV) Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Prayer

Father, we lift Christian leaders up before You. We thank You for our leaders being holy and living righteous lives. We pray for Churches worldwide. Convict the hearts of leaders that are not living godly lives. Give them a repentant heart. Cause the people of God to not be naive but responsible by studying the Word of God for themselves so they can be taught by the Holy Spirit and recognize the error of the enemy. We come against strife and striving for positions in the Church. We loose the unity of the Spirit to cause the saints to become one like You Father are with Jesus and the Holy Spirit.  We rebuke the enemy off our churches and call the saints to arise and embrace the redemptive life that Christ has paid for. In Jesus name, amen.

Prayer Focus: Redemption to Walk in the True Power and Authority of the Love of Christ

Ephesians 5:2  (ESV) And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

Colossians 3:12-14 (ESV) Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.

1 Corinthians 13:4-8 (TPT) Love is large and incredibly patient. Love is gentle and consistently kind to all. It refuses to be jealous when blessing comes to someone else. Love does not brag about one’s achievements nor inflate its own importance. Love does not traffic in shame and disrespect, nor selfishly seek its own honor. Love is not easily irritated or quick to take offense. Love joyfully celebrates honesty and finds no delight in what is wrong. Love is a safe place of shelter, for it never stops believing the best for others. Love never takes failure as defeat, for it never gives up.

Prayer

Father, help us to love others as You love us. Your love is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit. We now have the capacity to love with the love of Christ. As we win the lost to You, help us to unselfishly love them. When others come into our lives that don’t look or believe like we do, help us to allow Your love to win them to the kingdom. We cancel the works of our flesh and the voice of the enemy off our lives. We choose to allow You to love through us. We will not prejudge another; we will not brag but be sensitive to our brothers and sisters. Your love does not delight in wrong. We choose to be shelters of love for one another. We choose to pray for one another and live in unity so that the commanded blessing continues to operate in us and in our church. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Psalm 100:2 (TPT) Worship Yahweh with gladness. Sing your way into His presence with joy!

Proverbs 3:9 (NKJV) Honor the Lord with your possessions, and with the first fruits of all your increase.

Psalm 95:6-7 (NLT) Come, let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before the Lord our maker, for He is our God.

Colossians 3:16 (ESV) Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.
