Prayer Focus: Grace will INCREASE; Abide in the Word!

Abiding in the Word is key to living a righteous life empowered by Great Grace. “Abide” in the Greek is “pleonazō” meaning to do, make, or be more, increase!  Paul said when we see a greater degree of sin in the earth, we see a GREATER degree (increase) of grace.

John 1:16 (AMP) - For out of His fullness [the superabundance of His grace and truth] we have all received grace upon grace [spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing, favor upon favor, and gift heaped upon gift].

Romans 5:20-21 (MSG) - All that passing laws against sin did was produce more lawbreakers. But sin didn’t, and doesn’t, have a chance in competition with the aggressive forgiveness we call grace. When it’s sin versus grace, grace wins hands down. All sin can do is threaten us with death, and that’s the end of it. Grace, because God is putting everything together again through the Messiah, invites us into life—a life that goes on and on and on, world without end.

Prayer

Father, in the name of Jesus, I ask that you cause me to grow UP in Your Great Grace.  By the power of Your divine Word, Abba, teach me to abide in Your Word to do more, to make more, and to be more! I declare Divine Increase! Father, I pray you increase Yourself in me! I wholeheartedly submit to You; I humbly decrease! May Greater Grace be upon Your church Father to fulfill Your purpose and Your Will in the earth. Your will be done in me, as it is in heaven through the power of Your great grace in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

Prayer Focus: Grow in Grace; God requires MORE of You!

What are you planting (immersing) your life into? Will it lead to growth? Immerse means to involve oneself deeply in a particular activity or interest; to bathe, to soak, to saturate, to drench oneself in it.

John 15:5 (NIV) - I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.

2 Timothy 2:15 (CEB) - Make an effort to present yourself to God as a tried-and-true worker, who doesn’t need to be ashamed but is one who interprets the message of truth correctly.

Galatians 6:7 - Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

Prayer

Father, as I grow in grace, cause me to be planted and rooted in Your Word! Refresh me with Your Living water! Bathe me in Your Word! Soak Me in Your Word! I want to be completely Saturated and Drenched by the truth of Your Word! Keep me connected to You, the true Vine. I place a demand on myself to be a holy branch, rooted and grounded in You! Father bring New Illumination, New Revelation to me with the deeper planting of Your Word in me! I will study to show myself approved by You. I will never be ashamed because You teach me to rightly interpret Your truth, in Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

Prayer Focus: Grace is EMPOWERING!

Paul was empowered by Grace! Don’t just come to church, BE the Church! Live IN God’s Truth.

1 Corinthians 15:10 (ESV) - But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of them, though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me.

Ephesians 2:8 - For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God

John 17:17 (ESV) - Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth.

Prayer

Father, I rely on Your Grace in my life. Cause me to tap into Your empowering grace to Labor by Faith. Father, activate Your power within me. I will shore up every weak area in my life and boldly walk in Your power in 2024 in the name of Jesus. Sanctify me Father. Empower me with Your grace and Your truth, in Jesus’ name,  Amen.

Prayer Focus: Grace STRENGTHENS!

Be STRONG in the Grace that is in Christ Jesus. Grace is God’s willingness to use His Power and Ability on our behalf although we don’t deserve it.

2 Timothy 2:1 (NKJV) - You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

Hebrews 13:9(a) - Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace…

Ephesians 6:10 - Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

Prayer

Father, I humbly acknowledge that my strength doesn’t come from me, but from You. I declare that I will trust in, and rely on You at all times, in every situation, and in every circumstance. It is because of Your undeniable, constant, abundant grace that I obtain strength. Father cause me to BE STRONG in You, with the same strengthening grace, power, and might that is in Christ Jesus. Father strengthen my heart to serve You more in Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

Prayer Focus: Grace is an ACTION; it is not an ATTRIBUTE!

Declare: I’m going to get more done in 2024, with less effort!

Colossians 3:3 - For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

Psalm 46:10 - Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

Psalm 23: 1-2 - The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters,

John 9:4 - I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.

Prayer

Father, You are my shepherd; You are my guide. I yield to You. Lead me by Your Spirit of Grace. Help me so that I stop trying to do and be everything on my own. Lead me by quiet waters; still my mind. Refresh my soul to get more done in 2024 with less effort because Your yoke is easy and Your burden is light. Give me physical, emotional and spiritual acumen. Father help me to work the works that You have sent me to do. I declare that the struggle has been removed from all that I put my hands to do. I will not be weary, tired, or exhausted in 2024. Father, help me to navigate in excellence to do all that You have instructed me to do; I will obey. I will be still in knowing that You are my God and You will direct my path to do more with less effort in Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

Prayer Focus: Hinderances and Distractions

Grace allows us to remove all hindrances and distractions; to operate completely in God.

2 Timothy 1:7 - For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

Hebrews 12:1 - Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off every encumbrance and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with endurance the race set out for us.

Ephesians 1:18 (AMP) - And [I pray] that the eyes of your heart [the very center and core of your being] may be enlightened [flooded with light by the Holy Spirit], so that you will know and cherish the hope [the divine guarantee, the confident expectation] to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints (God’s people).

Prayer

Father, I pray that you enlighten the eyes of my understanding by the power of Your Word. I take authority over and bind every spirit assigned to hinder or distract me through fear, anxiety, or emotionalism. I loose resilience and tenacity over my life to operate through me. Father cause me to shift, to move by Your grace and Your power, without reluctance, hesitation, or resistance in Jesus’ name.

I declare: No fear! No hindrances! No distractions! Faith rules in my life because of God’s Grace. Father, teach me to always abide in Your love, Your power, and the soundness of the mind of Christ Jesus. Father, keep me aligned, stable, and ready to move quickly when You call, and I will respond YES, without reservation in Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

Prayer Focus:  Grace builds up HOPE!

While the world is going down, we’re going UP! Reignite hope! Hope is the expectation of something Good!

Isaiah 40:29-31 - He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Hebrews 11:1 (NIV) - Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.

Mark 9:23-24 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.

Prayer

Father, thank you for Your Grace that builds up hope! Father, send Your Grace; Stir up Hope within me I pray. Awaken hope. Awaken dreams and visions within me that have been silenced or lullabied by the voice of the enemy. Father, restore hope again. Reignite the fire of hope! Father, breathe life into me. Give me Your Grace and Power to trust and believe what You have said. Father, redeem the time! Let there be no time lost due to deferred dreams. Resurrect aborted hope! Father, bring life! I pray You bind all disbelief. Heal my heart where it has been sick because of delayed dreams. Father, cause a divine release, by Your Spirit, of those things that have been held up by the adversary. Father, let Your grace build up hope again in me to see my dreams fulfilled. Let faith arise in me again, for faith is made up of things hoped for; it’s the evidence of things not seen. Father, give me life and life more abundantly through the power of hope, in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
